Lotus Blossom Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training is not merely about meeting requirements and ticking off boxes to earn a certification. We offer a rigorous program designed to ensure our trainees graduate with the confidence to lead their own successful practice as a pre/postnatal yoga teacher. Our program is for teachers who are committed to developing long-term competency to profoundly support expectant and new families.

The workshop portion meets regularly over the span of three months (approximately 65 hours) accommodating work schedules, family commitments, and allowing trainees the time to integrate learning objectives. Trainees will fulfill additional requirements of practice teaching, observation, and mentorship (approximately 35-50 hours scheduled at their discretion) to earn certification. In-person is optimal, and accommodations can be made for far-away trainees to meet online.

I can’t recommend Lotus Blossom highly enough. As a yoga teacher, it gave me an in-depth understanding of how to use yoga safely and effectively during and after pregnancy. I ended the training with all the knowledge and confidence I need to guide pre and postpartum moms through any yoga class.
