Alignment of Body, Mind, and Heart

The practice of yoga is a tool to bring the body, mind, and heart (or spirit) into alignment. When these layers of self are aligned, we find clarity and come into integrity. The practice in this video calls awareness to this alignment with the goal of living these principles off the mat. Movement includes opening of neck/shoulders/upper back and exercises to increase pelvic floor awareness.
