Releasing Tension in Pregnancy

During our discussion, we talked about holding tension in different parts of the body, specifically shoulders/neck, pelvic floor/abdominals, and jaw. Our practice included poses to build awareness of holding this tension and then releasing it. Excellent preparation for labor!
