Pelvic Balance and Awareness for Pregnancy

This practice focuses on building awareness of the pelvis and bringing balance to the muscles and ligaments in and around it, particularly the pelvic floor, psoas, and hamstrings. Great way to increase comfort in pregnancy and prepare for labor.
