The breath is the vehicle of our life energy. With an attentive practice, we can turn it into a tool to address stress, anxiety, labor, and staying grounded through life’s challenges. By request, this is a breath focused practice including ujjayi, shitali pranayama (cooling breath), and nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing).
