Prenatal Yoga to Address Pubis Symphysis Discomfort

A sharp pain in the pubis upon rolling over, putting on pants, getting in and out of the car, and even simply walking is often due to a misalignment of the pubis symphysis and/or tightness of the adductors (inner thighs). The focus of this class was alleviating this discomfort. We also had a long visit from Jack, the Cat.
